Unsafe Staffing Form

The unsafe staffing form is used to report incidences of unsafe staffing. This form not only important when legal liability is an issue, but is a crucial tool for local Staffing Committees and Negotiations Committees to achieve better staffing in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare facility.
