Rutgers Labor Relations Department has confirmed for our union the schedule of the negotiated pay increases for our HPAE Local 5089 bargaining unit members. Although there has been a delay, the increases will be paid retroactively.
The official results of the HPAE Local 5089 Officer and Rep Election have been certified by the American Arbitration Association.

This is the first contract we've negotiated with the University since the merger with UMDNJ
