Your HPAE Local 5107 Executive Board has recently conducted a review of our local union constitution and bylaws and has recommended several amendments that will strengthen our union and improve our local union administration.
On 9/24/2024, we met with management for our second day of bargaining for our new contract. We made some progress and have two tentative agreements.

In the first full paycheck of July, you will receive an additional year of experience and receive a step raise, or a 2% raise, whichever is greater. Per-Diems will receive a 2% raise.
Yesterday (5/9), your Union officers and reps met with Management to discuss our first Staffing Grievance. We settled the grievance, meaning it will not be sent to Arbitration.

The Nominations/Election Committee announces that we are now accepting nominations to represent Local 5107 at this year’s HPAE State Convention , as well as the AFT National Convention.
