Local 5030 Radiology Update on Wage Reopener
As you are aware HPAE agreed to meet with HMH to bargain over labor market rate adjustments for all members in radiology. HMH and HPAE agreed to August 8 & 10 to bargain over these labor market rate adjustments.

The election has begun for HPAE Local 5030 Officer and Representatives. The election is being overseen by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ballots were mailed to all members in good standing on Friday, August 18, 2023.

Quest Diagnostics Local 5030 Member Update
We met today, March 1st, with the management team from Quest to discuss wages and other concerns. During the darkest days of the Pandemic the members of HPAE Local 5030/Quest stepped up to provide excellent patient care.
Agreement reached on New Wage Scales for Pro, LPN/TECH & S/M
We met again today, January 20th, with HMH for further bargaining on the new wage scales for members in the LPN/TECH, PRO & S/M units. We have reached an agreement on the new wage scales for all members.
