Local 5107 Phoenix Center Important Union Negotiation Update, January 30, 2026

We are kicking off our campaign for a Fair Contract!

We will have a Union Meeting on Monday, February 23 at the Holiday Inn Express Conference Room – 303 Union Ave, Haskell, NJ 07420.

7:30 AM – 9:00 AM OR 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

We will discuss our goals, strategy, and our legal rights.

Two weeks ago, we reached out to Management with some proposed dates to have negotiations, as well as requested information we need to formulate our proposals and bargain on a level playing field.

Management suggested (but didn’t agree to) ONE session three days before our contract expires. Despite our repeated calls, texts, and emails, they have not responded since.

They have yet to provide any information.

If you have not already, please add your name to our letter to Management telling them we’ll do whatever it takes to win a Fair Contract!
