Local 5107 UMC Union Negotiations, January 29, 2026

Last night (1/28), we had our final bargaining session with management.

We reached a Final Agreement with real improvements in Wages, Benefits, Safety, and Staffing.

None of this was possible without your support. Thank you for signing petitions, wearing stickers, putting up signs, and attending open bargaining sessions.

Next week, we will be voting on the full Agreement. Each facility will have a ratification meeting where Bargaining Committee Members will present the full Agreement and answer questions. Copies of the Agreement will be available for everyone to read.

If union members vote Yes, we will have a Contract we can all be proud of!
