Changes to vital Federal and State financial resources to healthcare institutions have negative effects for optimal healthcare outcomes, future advancements in medicine, financial stability of hospitals, and employment. As an advocate and activist this conference is an opportunity to understand the impact of healthcare changes, explore tools and practices to promote positive solutions, and maintain resilience during times of transition.
